We are a small, owner-managed team and take pride in being genuinely available to our guests — not routing you through a call centre. Typical response times:
- bookings@dzemigoestates.co.zw: within 4 hours on weekdays; within 8 hours on weekends
- hello@dzemigoestates.co.zw: within 1 business day
For urgent in-stay issues, your assigned property host's contact will be provided in your pre-arrival information.
Making a booking enquiry
To enquire about availability or make a reservation, email bookings@dzemigoestates.co.zw with the following details and we will respond with a quote and availability confirmation:
- Your preferred property (or "any available")
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Number of guests
- Any add-on services you are interested in (private chef, grocery delivery, airport transfer)
- Any special requirements (dietary, accessibility, early check-in, etc.)
In-stay support
During your stay, your dedicated property host is your primary point of contact for anything you need. Their name and contact details will be confirmed in your pre-arrival information.
Common in-stay requests we can help with:
- Maintenance issues (plumbing, electricity, appliances)
- Early check-in or late check-out requests
- Additional supplies (linen, toiletries, kitchen items)
- Restaurant recommendations and local guidance
- Booking or modifying add-on services
Corporate enquiries
We regularly accommodate business travellers, delegation stays, and corporate housing needs. For corporate account setup, invoicing arrangements, or group bookings, contact us at hello@dzemigoestates.co.zw with your company details and we will arrange a correspondence.
Feedback and complaints
We take all feedback seriously — positive and critical. If something did not meet your expectations during a stay, please tell us directly rather than leaving it at a review. Email hello@dzemigoestates.co.zw with your booking reference and details. We commit to acknowledging your message within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 3 business days.
