- Payment processors: if payment is made online, your transaction is handled by a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not retain card details.
We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain booking records for a minimum of five years following your stay, as required for financial record-keeping under Zimbabwean tax regulations. After this period, records are securely deleted or anonymised.
Correspondence and preference notes (e.g., dietary requirements, preferred configurations) are retained for as long as they remain useful to your guest experience, unless you request their deletion.
