Submit your shopping list when you book — or use our suggested starter list — and our team will source everything from trusted local suppliers and well-stocked supermarkets. Dry goods are neatly stored, cold items are refrigerated, and fresh produce is ready to use. You arrive, you unpack, you cook. That's it.

We shop for you
Our team shops the day before your arrival, checking every item against your list. If anything is unavailable, we'll contact you with a substitution before purchasing.
Arrive to a stocked kitchen
Everything is stored correctly on arrival — dry goods in the pantry, cold items refrigerated, fresh produce ready. An itemised receipt is left on the counter.
Pricing
Transparent and simple — you pay for what you order, plus a flat service fee.
Service Fee
Covers shopping, delivery, correct storage and receipt preparation. Charged once per booking.
Grocery Cost
Groceries billed at market price. You receive a full itemised receipt for every item purchased.
Minimum Order
A minimum grocery value of $30 applies. The service fee is charged regardless of order size.
Payment
Settle at check-in or via online transfer before arrival. Corporate accounts available on request.

Cold chain maintained
All refrigerated and frozen items are stored at the correct temperature on arrival — no compromise on food safety.
Dietary and religious requirements honoured
Halal, kosher, gluten-free, dairy-free and other specific requirements are accommodated. Just let us know.
Full itemised receipt provided
A printed or digital receipt for every grocery item is provided. No hidden markups.

What if I don't know exactly what I need?
No problem. We can share a suggested starter grocery list based on your party size and length of stay — common essentials that cover breakfast, snacks and basic cooking needs. Just ask when you book.
How do I pay for the groceries?
Grocery costs are settled separately from the service fee. You can pay at check-in by cash or card, or we can arrange an online transfer before your arrival. Corporate invoicing is available on request.
What if a specific item isn't available?
We always contact you before making any substitution. You'll be given the alternative option and can either approve it or remove the item from your order entirely. We never substitute without your consent.
Can you source specialty or imported products?
We can source most specialty items available in Harare through premium supermarkets. For imported goods, availability varies — contact the host team in advance and we'll confirm what's possible for your dates.
Is there a maximum order size?
There is no upper limit on order value. For large orders or long stays, we recommend submitting your list as early as possible — ideally 72 hours before check-in — to allow extra sourcing time.
