Frequently asked questions
What happens if my flight is delayed?
All airport pickups include real-time flight tracking. Your driver will monitor your flight and adjust their arrival time accordingly. Delays are not charged extra — you only pay for the agreed transfer, regardless of how late your flight lands.
Can I book a driver for my entire stay?
Yes — a dedicated driver can be arranged for the full duration of your stay. This is the preferred option for many of our business travellers. Contact the host team and we will put together a tailored quote based on your schedule and requirements.
How do I know who my driver is?
At least 24 hours before your arrival, we will confirm your driver's full name, contact number and vehicle registration. For airport pickups, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board.
Are the vehicles insured and roadworthy?
Yes. All vehicles used for our transfer service are fully insured, regularly maintained and comply with Zimbabwean road regulations. Driver backgrounds are verified before engagement.
Can I book a transfer for a destination outside Harare?
Intercity transfers to Bulawayo, Mutare, Victoria Falls and other destinations can be arranged. These require advance planning and a confirmed quote. Contact the host team as early as possible to check availability.
Is gratuity included in the price?
No. Tips are never added automatically and are entirely at your discretion. They are always appreciated but never expected or assumed.
